Most of the recipes are forbidden to me, because I go to Weight Watchers, but oh how I drooled. I didn't need the photographs, which were magic. And it wasn't the deserts. Tourain (Bread and garlic soup), uses one third of a cup of goose fat, three eggs, and 3 oz. of emmenthaler cheese. I don't want to think of how many points this is worth. Brilliantly illustrated by the way, both with finished products, and local scenes. Slight fading to the edges of the boards, front end page excised, no other damage. Size: Folio ( 12"- 15" tall ).
